Evacuation

In case of fire, a bomb alert or other calamities, an organisation has to take employees, visitors and clients to a safe place as fast as possible. To do this, the management relies on the evacuation plans which have been drawn up as part of health and safety at work- regulations. The company emergency team knows what its task is, they have been trained to do so and they attend an annual refresher course. But what about the other employees? And the management staff? Do they know what to do in an evacuation?

Well-trained

An evacuation exercise is a perfect way to test if an organisation manages to get everyone to safety in an emergency. Does everyone know what the plan is? Do your employees know the assembly points? Will they leave their workplace immediately? Search organises evacuation exercises, guided by experienced practice teachers and using true-to-life imitations of practical situations. Upon request, our trainers organise these exercises at your own location, but if you prefer, you can also use our training centres. 

Safety training

Search has developed a wide range of training courses in the field of safety, environment, quality care and health and safety at work and offers the courses as ‘in company’ training, as a group training at our training centres or in a digital form. Our experienced teachers can incorporate company-specific subjects into the evacuation training. That way it links up perfectly with the day-to-day procedures in your organisation.

Digital evacuation training

Search has also developed a digital version of the evacuation training. The theoretical part can be done digitally and is provided with a self-test. The students use it as a foundation for the knowledge and skills they can later test during an evacuation exercise led by our expert trainers.
