Concrete decay, metal fatigue, leaking roofs, rickety foundations, peeling paint, failing technical installations or other, sometimes hidden, defects. A lot of things can be wrong with buildings. Sometimes it can hardly be seen, but not a single defect will escape the attention of our experienced inspectors during a condition measurement. A condition measurement is a standardised investigation of real estate to determine the state of repair, the structural condition and the condition of the technical building installations.
When buying or selling real estate, a condition measurement is a fast and effective way to establish if a building has any hidden defects or shortcomings, or if maintenance is overdue.
