On the basis of structural, environmental and HSW-related inspections, our consultants will submit clear reports, which include solutions for any problems that have been identified. These will also provide a good overview of future maintenance. On the basis of our observations, buyer and seller will be able to assess the risks and determine whether they can be contained. With structural inspections, Search will of course take into account all legal frameworks, as ‘technical due diligence’ requires.
