Asbestos-in-soil investigation

There are statutory frameworks for asbestos-in-soil contamination, which oblige applicants for a building permit, a demolition permit or an environmental license to decontaminate polluted soil and sites.
Asbestos-in-soil investigation establishes whether or not the soil is contaminated with asbestos residues. And if so, where the contamination occurs. The investigation consists of carrying out inspections and, if necessary, taking soil samples. The samples are analysed by our accredited laboratory, determining the nature and concentration of the asbestos contamination found. The investigation results in a clear report, which includes solution-oriented advice.
